Accessing the columns of datagrid based on perticular value.

hi..
i have a datagrid in which there are two cloumns. both the columns are of type combo box. when i select the value in first combobox column, based on the value seelcted in first combobox column, i need to select the values from the second combobox column. I am not able to find out in which event i have to write the respective code. can anybody let me know???
