Accessing Outlook Express

R

Ray Heath

Whe trying to access Outlook Express, a window appears
stating "No Current Identity." When either of the two
email addresses listed in the box below are clicked, a
prompt for a password appears. When the password for
either address is entered, the response "Password
Incorrect" appears. None of the suggestions received so
far has worked. I did reload Internet Explorer. Thanks, in
advance, for any help offered.

Not sure what you're identity issue is but check out Tom Kochs' (Tom is one
of the OE MVP's) web site for this info and more on backing up/restoring
your Outlook Express stuff or ask in one of the Office/Outlook or OE groups.
