Accessing other users' folders in Outlook

I am the executive assistant of my company and need access to my bosses'
(President, CEO and CTO/CFO) inbox AND folders used to sort/organize inbox
emails and various other items. What do I have to do to get access to this
from my account? I have a feeling sharing all inbox folders won't do the
trick since I have to see multiple people's folders in outlook. They all have
different folders that they use so creating a long list of shared folders
would be terribly painful to manage. Anything would help. Thanks!

They have to give you permission to see them, then you have to add them to
your view with File>Open>Other Users Folder

If there are things that mneed to be more widely shared, public folders are
better than sharing individual mailboxes.
