Accessing Live SkyDrive with ftp/webdav possible? Maximum upload file size still = 25 MB?

Can I access my MS Windows Live SkyDrive with an ftp or WebDav client?

I read something about a maximum file size for uploads of 25 MB/each file?
Is this an outdated limitation or still valid?
