accessing internet

I continue to get the following message when I logon to
the internet and at various times while navigating:

" a runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?

Error expected ')'

Can anyone help me with this? Please email me with a

Open IE>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab.
Put a check in Disable script debugging.

UNCheck>Display a notification about every script error.
