Accessing Discussion Group in Outlook Express

I would like to view this discussion group in Outlook Express. When setting
up newgroup in Express what "news (NNTP) server" do I entered. I've searched
all over and can't find this information. Thanks!
 
At Server Name enter: msnews.microsoft.com
