Accessing Contacts in an Appointment Item...

I have some code that goes through appointment items and I want to look at
the values that are in the Appointment's Contacts (these are entered at the
bottom of the Appointment form, as are Categories). The Appointment item
shows a property for Categories but not for Contacts. How do I determine
which Contacts are listed for an appointment item?

I've spent this afternoon and evening to solve catching contacts from an
apptItem: searched Help files, Google, forums ... and your 5 words were the
usual, common, natural, obvious, simply, sunny answer.
