accessing and changing permissions with win xp on a LAN

I have 3 computers on a LAN.
-A)main desktop win xp
-B)other desktop win 2k
-C)laptop win xp
"A" is the only computer that can access the workgroup and it "sees" all 3
computers but can only access "B". It can't access "C" since I get a message
saying I don't have permission. B&C cant access the workgroup at all.
Since "A" can "see" all the computers then I know the connection is there
and its due to some permissions problem. As far as I know there are no
firewalls.

Mike,

If your problem isn't firewalls (are you sure?) then you have a browser
conflict, as I told you before.
