Accessing Admin Files on E: Drive

How can I go about retrieving my .dbx email files from
the admin account of my e: drive?

When I try to click on the folder, it gives me
the "access is denied" dialog box.

To get access to files you need to take ownership
of them. See the help system. It is on the Owner
tab of the Security dialog within the properties of
the file or containing folder.
