Accessing admin account files on a hard Drive

Hi,

I was having some issues booting into window on a hard
drive on one of my personal PCs (XP Profosional with
admin and limited users) so I decided to remove the hard
drive from one computer and to plug it as a slave on
another PC. I was able to backup the limited account but
I was not able to access the admin acount on the slave. I
got an error saying that this account is not found on
this computer... something to the extent that this
account was not created on the second PC. Is there is a
way to access the admin account MY Documents so that I
can back them up before I reformat that Hard drive.

I Had this problem around November last year but did not
really bother with finding a solution until now. I was
not able to find anything to help me resolve it. Any help
is really appreciated.
