Access2003 - Relationship

I have created a front file and back file application.
Now when I want to add a new form or a report or a query, on the front file,
I find the relationship not defined. Is that O.K.?
If it's not, so how do I Import the relationship from the back file?
If it's O.K. so how do I create new reports, forms...

I'm not following. The normal scenario is that you define the
relationships in the back-end, and enforce them.
Then in the front-end you can see them by opening the Relationships
window and clicking the Show All Relationships button/menu option.
