Access violations

I am unable to access a program I use many times a day after I have used the program one time. When I try to reaccess the program, I get an access violation which reads

Access violation at address 0063694B in module 'Embird.exe'. Read of address 0000004

In order for me to access the program a second time, I have to reboot my system...is there anyway to correct this problem? I am ready to reformat my hard drive because of all the aggreviation this is causing me in my daily work.

Hi there...
Try uninstalling the program and reinstalling it again. See if this helps.
