Access Violation

After installing the latest IE6 critical security patch,
my File Recovery program won't allow my hard drive to
open. It gives an "Access violation at address 004BD159
in module 'filerecovery.exe'. Read of address 000002CC."
error message. Quiting the program with the TaskBar Mgr
and retrying to open still produces the same message.
Anybody know if this problem can be fixed?
 
Don't know, we don't know anything about your file recovery program. Have
you checked the application makers website for updates and compatibility,
have you tried removing and reinstalling the application?
