Access Violation

im using Inherited BackgroundWorker Class

Hi i have 5 Background threads running
they complete somwhere around 100 jobs of 2000
Unhandled Excepion at 0x009d222a in Myservice.exe:0xC0000005
"Access Violation reading location 0x00000000"

any ideas..or how i can solve this problem
