If the program is legitimate, why is it's name Super Secret? Seriously,
if you'd said what it is, someone might be able to help you.

Trainz Paint Shed.exe - will that help

Yes, it does. A quick Google tells me that this is apparently an
application that was written to create your own train logos for a game.
My guess is that either you have installed it in the wrong order (many
"sim" type games with multiple enhancements are quite picky about
installation order), need a patch, or it wasn't written with an
awareness of XP's permissions structure. Unless you get really lucky
and one of the very many people reading this newsgroup uses this app
and can advise you, you should 1) be sure you're installing as
Administrator; 2) contact the Trainz Paint Shed makers for assistance.

Thank you for your answer - This ap came with a programm called Trainz
and is an add-on that allows to reskin - model locomotives and cars.
This was working properly befofe re-installation. Trainz the main
programm is installed first then followed by an update, and then Paint
Shed. Will try Auran, the maker of Trainz - Thank you
