I have two computers a desk top and a laptop.
In Desktop I have Access 2000 and can make database files.
In laptop I don't have Access program and don't want to install it (due to
memory restrictions)
But I want to only view those files which I have generated in desktop. With
which program (hopefully a shareware or freeware) can I view?

There is none. There are various ways you can see the "data" from Excel for
example. but you need Access to run an Access file.

There is no Access viewer. As Rick has already said, you can view data
stored in Access tables using many programs, such as Excel, or anything that
supports ODBC. There's a Snapshot Viewer for viewing reports, but the
reports must be exported from Access in Snapshot format first. Data Access
Pages can be viewed in a web browser. But only Access can open Access forms,
or Access reports that have not been exported.
