Access tracking

i have created a database of contacts that i want to send
product information to and i want to be able to track who
i've sent info to. does anyone know how this could be
done using Access or any of the other Office XP programs?

Create a table and enter each instance of sending info into the table.
If you're "sending" using Outlook, you can us some (mildly complex)
office automation VBA code to pull the email messages or Journal
entries into Access; if you're sending paper mail, you'll need to
manually enter that fact.
