Access to Run box

When I try to use the "RUN" command box, ie; start-run-msconfig, the page
will not lock onto the command result , a split second look only
 
You might have ads restricting your computer... that's usually th
source of all my o/s faulting problems. I can't guarantee it though..
try download 'Ad-Aware' (http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download/#free
(free version) and giving it a full system scan. Then try to ru
msconfig and clean out your startup files, and run adaware again. I
you can get that far.

If that doesn't work, or you already did that, try a program lik
'registry healer' (http://www.fixregistry.com/download.htm) fo
clearing unnecessary files (possibly ads) from your registry.

It means you are infected with a virus. If we are talking about msconfig rather than Run.
