Our work area has one PC that a few people access at
different times, I was wondering if Outlook has some sort
of protection/security that stops people from opening and
looking at email they shouldnt be viewing?
Thanks

Define "email they shouldn't be viewing." What kind of mail server? Do you
use individual Windows logons?

We use individual log on's, it was more at the software
side of outlook, if it can be password protected or
anything like that.
Thanks

..pst files can be password-protected, but it's a bit weak. Better is to use
NTFS-formatted drives with proper permissions so users cannot access each
others' data.
