Access to My MSN

when I am in hotmail mode and I try to access "MY MSN" by
using that option at the top of the screen (next to MSN
Home) I get a blank screen with one of three messages in
the top left hand of the screen, either:

ved to here (the here is underlined)

y.msn.com/'>here

ef='http://my.msn.com/default.afmx'>here
 
My experience: The "here" is a link. Click on it, and
see what results you get.
