access to inernet from limited user

Recently my kids who have limited user access have been uable to access the
internet. This might have happened when I installed SP2.
Is there a fix for this or do I have to upgrade to Windows XP Pro?

Did you already have a firewall installed. If yes, in SP2, the XP firewall
is enabled by default. You don't need two firewalls, if the above is
representative of your situation, try turning off the XP firewall which can
be accessed through Control Panel.
