access to IE Tools /Internet Options ?

Any one know how to remove a restriction when I'm trying
to access Tools / Internet Options (In IE 6.0)
the MSG I'm getting:"This operation ha been cancelled due
to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please
contact your system administrator" MY OS is XP PRO
and it's a standalone computer. any idea?

If you are running Spybot, there is an option which disables access to that
area.

So, in Spybot start in Advanced mode
Click on Immunize
Uncheck the option "Lock IE control panel...."
Restart IE, and you should be able to change the settings again

Duncan, thanks for your guidance, I ran into this problem, and did not realize that it was Spybot related until you pointed it out. You're the man!
