ACCESS to hard disk in both windows 2000& NT

I have a problem.

My computer is "Dell precision 420 workstation" with Raid system (ARO 1302).

I used windows NT and installed additional OS, windows 2000, yesterday.
But, I can't access hard disk drives which are in raid system.

Accurately, I can see those drives in raid system.
When I click those drives, error message pops up, for formatting.

Would you tell me solutions?

Is it NT that doesn't see the disk [raid array] or windows 2000?

If NT then I would suspect you did not have the latest service pack [6a]
installed and the W2K install upgraded the NTFS version which NT can't read
without the sp. Complete install/repair and then service pack will get this
back.

If 2000 you didn't install the raid card driver. Install the driver and you
should be fine.
