access to folder "xpimpexp"

Hi.
i´ve got a big problem:
i need full access to the folder "windows/xpimpexp". ther´s currently a
writeprotection though i have admin-rights.
to export some datas the program writes a zip-file to this folder. but this
is impossible at the moment.
could anyone help me please?!

For this you have to log in Safe Mode (F8) in Windows XP Home, in
Professional, you need to disable simple file sharing in Windows
Explorer > Folder Options > View Tab.
