Access the recipients of a campaign

Is there any way to copy or export the recipients of a campaign that has been
sent?

The only way I can see at the moment is a screen print (or two or three if
the list is long...).

You can even right click on the list and copy.

hadn't head of the ms marketing service. but anyhow I have manully recreated
my lists in Access and I am using a professional e-mail delivery service: -
dotmailer.
