I made a table in design view, then I created a form off that table. My boss
ased me to go back in and add things to the table is there any way to update
the form without having to scrap it and start again?

Not at all.
If the table itself is the record source for the form, in Form design
view, simply click on the field list toolbutton and drag the new
fields onto the form.

You're fine. As Fred says, if the form's Recorsource is a table, you'll have
the new fields right there in the field-list tool. If it's a Query, just click
the ... icon by the form's Recordsource property; the Query Design window will
open. Add the new fields, close the query window, accept Access' offer to save
the SQL and again you'll have the new fields available.
