ACCESS SHUT DOWN

There are some forms would shut down the ACCESS program when I tried to open
anyone of them. Would that be because the form contains too many option
boxes which makes the form harder to load????????????????????? I really need
assistance

What version of Access? Do you get any error messages, or just your
wallpaper with no fanfare at all? Does it help if you use Tools...
Database Utilities... Compact and Repair Database?

There was no error message. ALL it does is that it takes a while to load the
form AND THEN ACCESS SHUT DOWN... I think I am using ACCESS 2000.
