Access Security Options

How do I let users have access to the results of querys while not letting
them view my query design.

I tried by setting Tool> Security> User and Group Security Options.
But everytime I select "read data" under permissions, "read design" will be
automatically selected.

I had a friend who did it so that when user clicks on the design for the
query, Access prompts the user that they do not have read design permision on
the query, but when the user double click on the query, the result will be
displayed. Since my friend forgot how he did it, will any one be able to help
me.

Thanks.

Hi.

Instead of allowing these users to have "Read Design" permissions, modify
the query so that "Run With Owners Permissions" (RWOP) is set. One does
this by opening the query in Design View and right-clicking the upper grid
and selecting "Properties" from the pop-up dialog window. Then, set the
"Run Permissions" combo box to "Owner's" and save the query.
