access runtime version (office 2002)

hi!!
i would like to know how to run my application using runtime version(office
2002). my current database is in access 2002.first of all i dont know from
where should i install runtime version.i tried using office developer edition
but it didn't prompt for any options like runtime version.it simply installs
the office developer tools.
if some one can help me out please

The runtime is something you install on the PCs of your users. If you want to
simulate the runtime environment on your PC for testing purposes then just
create a shortcut to open your file that includes the /Runtime argument. The
Target for such a shortcut would have the following format...

"Path to MSAccess.exe" /Runtime "Path to MDB"
