Hey guys,

I am trying to export multiple line of information from an access
database into word. I am looking for a new job and have a database of
jobs that I have found. I am trying to vreate a cover letter for each
job. Basically I want the word doc to look like Hi i have just read
your ad for a <JobTitle> on <WebsiteURL> and then blah blah blah. How
do I do this. I have been searching for hours now and I can't seem to
find the answer.

Also is there a way I could export it to Outlook if I have their email
address?

Thanks a lot

Even if you can work out the details for doing this, I advise against doing
so, unless you want your cover letters and resumes to end up in the circular
file (trashcan) of the receipient. If it looks "canned" when they read it, it
will get canned. Your cover letter should express a genuine interest in
working for the company.
