access rotate text control

Need a text box control allowing text to be rotated (degree setting). Must
support font size, content, fore and back color change via module code.
Usable on forms and reports. Ideal would include automatic scaling to fit
content, breaking to multiline if need be, based on resulting font size.

Thank you - it's close, but as this requires any user of the app to install
the special tool, it can get a bit messy depending on the end user.
