I have had nothing but trouble setting this up. I have configured a Canon
driver to default to b/w, but on a few computers the print settings for
particular Access reports only defaults to "auto detect" - which prints in
color.
I've tried everything I could find on the internet to fix - finally Canon
developed a special monochrome only driver just for our company. I installed
it and guess what? These Access reports STILL print in color, even when
color is completely disabled in the driver.
Help! I don't know what to do, but this seems like an Access problem for
sure.
