Access Access Report

Hello to all and thanks for helping in advance. I wrote a POS program in access 2007 for a Disco. my main fields are: Date, Time, Article, Price. Now I need a report from this day 10:30am to the next day 03:00am. Once for daily control and once for Month, period etc. can somebody help
