access report not printing clients with surnames past letter T

i am trying to print a client report.
all clients with surnames past the letter T will not print on a specific
report even though all criteria is met.
these clients are printing on other related reports
please help!!

1) Check this report's record source query.
Do the surnames appear correctly in the query?

2) If so, then check the Report's Filter property (on the report
property Data Tab).

3) Check the report's code. There may be some code limiting the
records to be printed.
