Access Report Footer Totals

How do I get the report footer totals to print on the last page of data, not
a separate page at the end of the report?

If there is room, the report fotter should print on the last page of data.
Access does not move a report footer to it's own page by default.

That was my thought....but there is plenty of room and the grand totals in
the Report footer are moving to a separate page. ??

In the format properties for the report footer, make sure the "Force New
Page" propery is set to "None" ---

thanks for all your help....found out from my user that it's a grouped
report. That's why the grand totals are on a separate page....they have page
breaks after each group.
