Access Report Charts failing -Why?

Yesterday my charts worked fine, today I get this message with any chart
report.

==============================
"Microsoft office Access can't start the application required to open this
object. An error occured and this feature is no longer functioning properly.
Would you like to repair this feature now?"

I say "Yes"--- Installing.. Finishes after a minute.

Then an additional error message

"Microsoft Office Access can't find the file containing the linked OLE object
you tried to update using the OLE/DDE Links command. You may have mispelled
the file name, or the file may have been deleted or renamed. If the file has
been moved to a different location, use the OLE/DDE Links command to change
the source. Or delete the object, and create a new linked object."
==========================

Different databases with charts fail the same way, Even NorthWinds Sample
DB. I have removed MS Office then re-installed MS Office three times.
What's wrong, and how do I fix it?

I am having the exact same problem. I see no one has responded to your
posting. Please email me if you have uncovered the solution to this
problem. I have repaired, reinstalled, even uninstalled and installed
Office again and still have this problem.

I've tried unregistering the Office Chart 11.0, but unregistering from
with Access fails. I used regsvr32.exe /u to unregister the OWC11.dll
file. Then used regsvr32.exe to re-register the dll file and still
have the same problem.

The crazy thing is that yesterday everything was fine: today, none of
the charts work!!!
