access question

i'm trying to enter in the different options that you can select in drop down
arrow or scroll bar.

for ex if i'm looking for a job and need to do a search for jobs in
cleveland ohio/ project asst work. i would select a drop down arrow for
ohio/cleveland/financial/project asst.

i want to fill in those options-and others. i hope you understand !

Take a class on MS Access at your local college. Data is stored in tables;
drop-down boxes and listboxes are "bound" to tables by using the
RecordSource property. This makes the choices automatically show up in the
list.
