Access & PDA's

I want to be able to collect data on my PDA and then sync
it with Access on my PC. I know this can be done but I
dont know how is there any resource that will help me.

There are several products on the market that will help you accomplish this:

www.syware.com
www.handbase.com

These two are probably the most widely recognized.
