access newsgroups using ms outlook

How can I access newsgroups using M.O.2007 like outlook express where the
newsgroup folder was at the bottom of the list? M.O.2007 does not seem to
offer this?

Office Outlook never did have news reader capability, use Windows Mail in
the start>programs folder, it is almost identical to OE.
