Access multi-user environment

I am struggling to get access working with more than 1 user and the
administrator in a networked multi-user environment.

I have set up a workgroup and all of the users are members.
I have successfully split the database.
I have set permissions to allow all users full access to the database
All users have a local copy of the front end database and I have linked it
to the tables.

It works for 1 pc and the administrator - but no more - help - I need to get
more concurrent users working on the system
