Is there anything is Access that can map the relationships between objects
such as subform to recordsource and queries to tables and so on? I suppose I
am talking about ERDs. If the Documenter can do anything like that I did not
find it. Is Visio the only alternative? I have several objects that no longer
perform a function but I just want to be sure I don't need them before I
dump them.

In addition to the software tools from FMS, Inc. that Peter recommended, two
other third-party tools that allow you to search for specific text strings
in the database are: Speed Ferret, from Black Moshannon Software,
http://www.moshannon.com, and Find and Replace, from Rick Fisher Software,
http://www.rickworld.com.

I don't think an ERD tool or Visio is likely to provide the functionality
you desire.
