No matter what I do I cannot get a macro to run more than 20 times. What am
I doing wrong?

Dunno... can you tell us more about the macro, when you run it, what it
does, etc.?

I have a file of over 3,00 records I want to mass change one of the fields
containing a spacific text to another spacific text. The macro stops when I
have changed only 20 records.

Include details about the macro's actions, how you call it, etc.

This is built in with Access Macros. Try executing the MACRO from another
macro using RUNMACRO.
