Access - Input Mask

I had a data base setup with addresses & phone #, later I setup an input
mask, which deleted all the phone numbers do you know how I can get those
numbers back. I did delete the imput mask set up but that did not work.

I've never seen that behavior from an input mask. Are you sure that you
didn't set up a validation rule?

If they are truely deleted, you'll need to go to your most recent backup of
the database file.

That is very strange. Setting up an input mask should have no effect on
the data that is already stored in the database.

Are you sure that the data is gone from the tables. If it is gone then
there is no way to recover the deleted data.
