Access Icon

If you are talking about the app icon, look in Tools >>> Startup. If you are
talking about the Windows icon, it depends upon whether you want to change
all Access icons:

My Computer >>> Tools >>> Folder Options >>> Advanced

for just 1, you'll need to create your own extension, set an association
(Open with) to msaccess.exe, and add your own icon.
