Access has encountered an error and is closing.

I am running Access 2k3 on a Win2k server in terminal services. If I modify
my DB app during a session and then try to run it I get the above message.

Then you have an error that needs to be fixed. Without more
information I can't even speculate what that error might be! Does this
happen from any TS client? Does it happen when you work on the host
machine?
