How can I create a form in design view to basically serve as a da.ta entry
means. Updating a table with userinput

(e-mail address removed)

The simplest way is to open the table in design view and press the
"AutoForm" icon on the toolbar.

Or, you can use the Forms Wizard and specify the name of the table.

Forms work for data entry with user input "out of the box"; that's
what forms are *for*.
