I have an access form to create mailing labels. I
selected an avery sheet feed label and when I try to get
the labels it asks for a trim value. Whats that? Its
printing to a deskjet printer.

Trim() is a function the report calls to remove any leading or trailing
spaces so it can make the line heights correct.

The fact that is is reporting a problem suggests that you have a references
issue.
Press Ctrl+G to open the Immediate Window.
Choose References from the Tools menu.
Anything marked "MISSING"?

I, too, am having a problem with the Label Wizard. I had
designed a query and setup a report designed to print on
sheet labels using the label wizard a couple of years ago.
Now, for some reason, the report asks for a trim value. I
do not know what value to enter and I cannot get rid of it.
I have tried too work around this, but to no avail. I am
using Access 2000.

Can someone please help?
