access denied

i have purchased spyware for my own use and on trying to install it i get
this message ( CreateFile failed; code5. Access is denied ) and i havent got
a clue how to go about getting this problem right so as i can install
spyware , if i can get some help on this matter i would be very gratefull
thank you
