Access Denied

I have 15 computers with WinXp with ser_pack-1 loaded.All
are connected to WORKGROUP. All 14 computers are
Communicating each other and accessing their share file &
folder where as one of them is not accessing anywhere but
he can access all computers.

When we access that computer it show an error message
as " \\'computer name' is not accessible.You might not
have permission to use this network resource.Contact the
Administrator of this server to find out if you have
access permission. Access is denied."

But when we mapping the shared drive/folder of the
computer it is accessing.

I have tried a lot but no success.The cable is ok and all
are connected to D-Link DES1016D Network switch. I had
change the network card also.

Pls give me the right solution
 
check if there are any firewalls running on this pc that
could be blocking access (disable/ uninstall them whilst
troubleshooting) - also check that there is a valid user
account for people to log on with.
 
Map using the IP address of the target computer. It worked for me
today after trying everything else.
