Access Denied when trying to install Windows Desktop Search 3.0 Be

I've Installed Office 2007 Beta which is working great so far with one
exception. Everytime I open Outlook, I am prompted to install Windows Desktop
Search 3.0 Beta. I go through the download and install and half-way through
the install, I get an "Access Denied" message and then it reverts back out of
the installation. It's a desktop PC, of which I am the only user (I should
have all admin privileges). Win XP Pro SP2.

Even though this is Beta, I'm hoping someone here can help me get past this.
Any ideas? If there's a more appropriate place to post this, please direct

When you downloaded the beta, weren't there instructions as to where to
post questions and bug reports? I would start here:
